WallDrop is a small weekly practice — one wallpaper delivered to your phone each Friday. This document explains what data the app touches, why, and what you can do about it. Written in plain language on purpose. The short version - WallDrop does not have accounts. You do not sign up. You do not give us your name, email, or password. The app shows wallpapers curated weekly by Another Love, and — with your permission — saves them to your Photo Library. That's the whole product. What we collect. Anonymous usage data. WallDrop uses Firebase Analytics (a Google service) to understand how people use the app in aggregate: how many wallpapers get saved, which drops are popular, how often the app is opened. This data is not tied to your name or identity, but it does include a Firebase-generated device identifier, your app version, iOS version, device model, general region (from IP address), and language. This is standard mobile analytics behavior. Your APNs device token, if you allow push notifications. If you tap "Allow" on the notification prompt, iOS generates a token that lets us send you a push when a new drop lands. The token is logged internally and not sold, rented, or shared with anyone. Nothing else. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, calendar, location, health data, photos already on your device, browsing history, or anything else. There are no user accounts. There are no third-party trackers beyond the Firebase Analytics described above. What we don't do. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't build profiles on you. We don't fingerprint your device beyond the Firebase Analytics defaults. We don't show ads. Photo Library access. When you tap the download button on a wallpaper, iOS asks for permission to add photos to your library. WallDrop uses the "add-only" permission — we can save wallpapers into your library, but we cannot read, list, or access any photos already there. If you deny or revoke this permission, the download button will show an error and no wallpaper will be saved. Third-party services. WallDrop uses the following services to operate: Firebase (Firestore, Storage, Analytics) — hosted by Google. Firestore stores the wallpaper catalog. Storage hosts the image files. Analytics collects anonymous usage data as described above. Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) — used to deliver push notifications if you opt in. Apple's privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/privacy/ Data retention. Firebase Analytics retains anonymous usage data for as long as Google's default retention policy allows (typically up to 14 months). If you delete the app from your device, the device identifier becomes inactive; historical anonymous data associated with that identifier persists in Google's systems until Google's automatic deletion rules expire it. Your rights. You can: Uninstall the app at any time. Your device stops sending any data to Firebase. Disable push notifications in iOS Settings → WallDrop → Notifications. Revoke Photo Library access in iOS Settings → WallDrop → Photos. Request deletion of any data tied to your Firebase device identifier by emailing hello@anotherlove.co with the subject "Data deletion request." We'll respond within 30 days. Children's privacy. WallDrop is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we'll delete it. Changes to this policy. If we update this policy, the "Last updated" date at the top will change and the new version will replace this one at the same URL. Material changes (new data collected, new third parties involved) will be mentioned in the app's Settings screen for at least 30 days. Contact.
